After the present scientific level of knowledge the implants according to utility model 2o1 o1 854 U1 from pure titan with a smooth surface (Rau's depth < 10 μm) the best biocompatibility and bioactivity. With insufficiently smooth implant surfaces or an insufficient production perfection is to be calculated with the following risks:

• tissue-trauma with the implantation with raised infection danger
• foreign body reactions with big-cell- and  accumulation of granuloms
• Implant wandering by Anisotropie effects.

To value even more unfavorably are absorbable implants from synthetic Polyactid or Polyglykolid (Resomer), because they show no form stability and are delivering during the resorption chemicals, as for example different acids, in the fabric.
